Cygnus Beauty Supply shall not be deemed responsible for any damages or claims for injuries, whether intentional or accidental, relating to the misuse of any product.

Minimum order quantity is by inner case, unless specified otherwise. Company reserves the right to limit order quantities. Freight charges are to be prepaid for carrier orders as follows:

Carrier Minimum Order for Prepaid Freight:

California & Nevada – $3,500.00

Arizona, Colorado & Denver – $6,000.00

Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah & Washington – $8,000.00

Carrier freight policy:

All shipments must be checked for freight damages and shortages before acceptance from the carrier and noted on the Bill of Lading. Additional services (liftgate, inside residential delivery, etc.) available at customer’s expense, if any.

Payment terms:

  • Customers can pickup most chemical products 8 hours after placing order via fax, phone or email. No customers can enter the Cygnus main aisle (chemical area) without managers approval, but can pickup and shop alone in the general merchandise area.
  • Standard credit term is C.O.D., cashiers check or money order.
  • Only cash or checks are accepted. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. New accounts must pay in cash or money order only for some period. When requested, Cygnus will review credit requirement for terms and/or company check.
  • Customers with past due balances cannot place orders until the past due balance has been paid in full. 1.5% finance fee will be charges per month on all past due balances.
  • Returned check are subject to a $30.00 surcharge. The account may also have company check privileges revoked and is subject to change to a cash only account for at least 90 days to re-build credit.
  • Tier pricing will be applied to each customer depending on order volume, frequency and payment method. Cygnus is solely privileged to determine tier pricing for each account.

Return policy:

  • All damages, and shortages must be claimed within 3 days of purchase.
  • Full credit for items returned in original condition if claimed within 15 days of invoice.
  • 10% re-stocking fee for items returned if claimed within 16 to 30 days of invoice.
  • 25% re-stocking fee for items returned if claimed within 31 to 60 days of invoice.
  • No return is accepted for items over 60 days of invoice.
  • Fashion merchandise and PPE products are final sale. No return is accepted unless defective.
  • All returns must be in original condition. Return claim will be rejected if products have price sticker or sticker adhesive residue.
